Amy Ferguson, who has been with the company since 1988, heads up our digitizing team. She began digitizing before any of the highly computerized systems were on the market. This gives her a rare advantage because she also has the knowledge to manually place stitches, a skill that novice digitizers would not have. She has also had experience running our production machines. This gives her the unique ability to know exactly how fabrics will respond to stitch densities, underlayments, etc. Amy is also called upon often to consult with business owners to help with design problems or questions.
